Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and record routine patient data to ensure accuracy of patient charts.
• Perform basic patient care activities to support comfort and safety.
• Assist in related tasks as needed.
• Identify and report unusual findings or symptoms for timely intervention.
• Maintain inventory levels of stock items and supplies.
• Participate in in-service programs, meetings and daily care rounds.
• Maintain and improve the unit environment.
• Provide unit and hospital system orientation to patients and families.
• Review and reinforce patient/family education on basic procedures and safety.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
