Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Patient Care Techs (PCTs) to provide direct or indirect patient care under the supervision of a nurse at our Phoenix facility.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, document care, and support the healthcare team to improve patient quality of life. Full-time roles offer competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing clinical development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a CNA or PCT in a short-term skilled nursing facility OR acute care OR post-acute care inpatient hospital required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Must be able to attend a full week of Orientation/Training, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Document observations and care in accordance with hospital policies.
• Respond to patient call light in a timely manner.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Obtain vital signs as directed by plan of care: temperature, pulse, respirations, BP, SpO2.
• Provide physical and emotional support to patients alongside the nurse.
• Attend to dietary and fluid needs including nourishment and accurate intake/output.
• Document in Electronic Medical Records as needed.
