Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an acute care setting or nursing program enrollment preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CNA or CPCT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a safe environment.
• Record patient data (vital signs, height/weight, oxygen saturation, intake/output, calories) and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, skin care, elimination, and catheter care.
• Aid patient positioning, mobility, and use of walkers/crutches/canes/wheelchairs.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform finger-stick blood glucose testing and reporting.
