Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living and support patient independence.
• Collect specimens and perform limited tests per physician order.
• Document care provided in Cerner and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with transfers, discharges, and equipment removal as needed.
• Maintain safety, participate in hourly rounding, and ensure cleanliness.
