Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record patient data such as vital signs, intake/output, and calorie counts.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and elimination activities.
• Assist with patient positioning and use mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform glucose monitoring as directed.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and maintain professionalism.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols including PPE usage.
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management activities.
