Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification or enrollment in an accredited nursing program required.
• Orientation completion for Patient Care Technician is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic daily care to patients and assist with hygiene and daily living activities.
• Record routine clinical measurements such as vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with transfers and transport of patients and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe patient care areas and document care provided.
• Collaborate with nurses to implement the plan of care.
