Responsibilities

• Provide basic daily patient care and assist with hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Record routine vitals, intake/output, and other nursing data as directed.
• Assist in transferring patients and handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized patient care areas and report changes to the nurse.
