Responsibilities

• Observe and report patient concerns to Nursing Staff immediately.
• Assist Nursing Staff with admission, transfer, discharge, and general patient care duties.
• Record vital signs and assist with hygiene and patient comfort measures.
• Assist in specimen collection and other patient-related activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Report equipment repairs to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures.
• Communicate nutrition issues to Nursing Staff.
• Assist department with administrative tasks and answer patient call bells.
