• Records vital signs and assists in personal hygiene and patient comfort measures.
• Records oral intake and outputs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.).
• Assists in specimen collection and other activities of assigned patients.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment to help prevent infections and ensure safety.
