Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Record and report vital signs and other patient data to RN/LPN/LVN
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Support positioning and use of mobility aids
• Collect specimens and monitor blood glucose as directed
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team
• Adhere to infection control and PPE protocols
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management activities
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
