Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training or CNA/State tested aide eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in patient care.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including comfort, hygiene and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient assistance needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Support hand-off communications during shift changes.
