Responsibilities

• Complete check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification and preauthorization where applicable.
• Collect co-pays and co-insurance and issue receipts; manage deposits.
• Handle cashier duties and daily deposits per company policy.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and route calls as needed.
• Maintain medical records, ensure scans/files are up-to-date, and logs are kept.
