Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical office/front desk experience preferred.
• Beginner level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage wait times.
• Check-in/out: insurance verification, preauthorizations, documentation.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles; issue receipts.
• Manage cashier box and daily deposits per policies.
• Process walk-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and direct calls; take messages as needed.
• Maintain medical records and related logs.
