Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility).
• Document vitals and patient data in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Assist with nutrition, skin care, and supplies management.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with departments; maintain unit communications.
