Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support licensed staff in daily patient care tasks at 3 Dove Ave. You will assist with bathing, feeding, vital signs, EHR documentation, and basic procedures while ensuring safety and compassionate care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication with the care team, and adherence to safety standards. A high school diploma and BLS/NA/CNA credentials are preferred; 32 hours weekly, onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS, CMA or CNA certifications preferred.
• Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient care tasks.
• Take vitals, document results in the EHR, and support care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transport as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and report equipment issues.
