Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility, under supervision. You will support rounds, ensure safety, and communicate with the care team to enhance patient experience and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, BLS, and completion of an UAP curriculum or equivalent experience; prior hospital or skilled care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of an unlicensed assistive personnel curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Nursing Assistant/EMT/ER Tech or Surgical Tech in past 3 years acceptable.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform direct and indirect patient care such as bathing, hygiene, feeding and hydration, toileting, and positioning.
• Assist with rounds and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Support patient safety and comfort while addressing patient age-specific needs.
