Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Document vital signs and patient data in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes and room setup.
• Perform rounding and report observations to RN.
• Support diet tray setup and nutritional needs.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing when required.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with various departments.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and proper PPE.
• Facilitate communications via multi-line phone, paging, and hospital system.
• Ensure accurate medical records and patient demographics.
