Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team. You will provide patient-related support and ancillary services under a licensed nurse supervisor, focusing on non-hands-on care, transport, and various administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when situations warrant action.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge residents' and families' concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor.
• Respond to call lights promptly, provide non-hands-on care or refer to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for residents.
• Perform host/hostess duties, including transporting patients, assisting with meals, and distributing laundry.
• Deliver ice and water, answer telephone calls.
• Deliver snacks to patients who do not require assistance with feeding.
• Assist the Activity Director with patient activities and run errands for patients and staff.
