Lionstone Healthcare in Brook Park, Ohio seeks a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our care team. You will provide patient-related care and ancillary services under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor, including non-hands-on tasks, transporting patients, and handling routine administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when warranted

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge residents' and families' concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor
• Respond to all call lights timely, providing non-hands-on care or referring to appropriate staff
• Maintain confidentiality and provide privacy to residents
• Perform host/hostess duties, including transporting patients, assisting with meal distribution, and distributing personal laundry
• Clean combs and brushes, deliver ice and water, and answer telephone calls
• Deliver snacks to patients who do not require assistance in feeding
• Assist the Activity Director with patient activities and run errands for patients and staff
