Lionstone Healthcare in Moraine, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our care team. You will support patient-related services under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on non-hands-on care, transportation, and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicate clearly in English, and can make independent decisions when needed. Our program emphasizes respect, growth, and meaningful patient interactions within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Experience in patient-centered care is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledge residents' and families' concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor
• Respond to call lights promptly, providing non-hands-on care or referring to appropriate staff
• Maintain confidentiality and provide privacy to residents
• Perform host/hostess duties, including transporting patients, assisting with meal distribution, and distributing personal laundry
• Clean combs and brushes, deliver ice and water, and answer telephone calls
• Deliver snacks to patients who do not require assistance in feeding
• Assist the Activity Director with patient activities and run errands for patients and staff
