Lionstone Healthcare in Ohio seeks a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support patient-related care and non-clinical tasks under a licensed nurse supervisor. You will transport patients, assist with meals, and handle various administrative duties while maintaining a respectful, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledge residents' and families' concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor.
• Respond to call lights timely, providing non-hands-on care or referring to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide privacy to residents.
• Perform host/hostess duties, including transporting patients, assisting with meals, and distributing personal laundry.
• Deliver snacks to patients who do not require assistance in feeding.
• Assist the Activity Director with patient activities and run errands for patients and staff.
• Ensure nursing work areas are clean and sanitary.
• Report missing or illegible labels and MSDSs to the safety officer or designated person.
• Honor resident refusal of treatment and inform supervisor; document actions in medical records.
