• - Serve as the primary communication point between patients, physicians, and management team to facilitate clear and effective information exchange.
• - Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), billing data, and patient documentation while strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy standards.
• - Assist patients in understanding out-of-pocket costs and treatment options.
