• Assist staff and support special projects as needed.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles from patients.
• Back up Financial Counseling staff to take payments and provide financial assistance information.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and policies.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
