Salem Clinic P C seeks a Patient Service Ancillary Services Admitting representative to greet patients, schedule visits, and coordinate care at the Salem Main location. You will handle front-desk tasks, answer phones, and enter essential patient information into the EHR and LIS/CLSA systems, contributing to accurate medical records and smooth clinic operations.

The role requires high school diploma and customer service experience, with the possibility of weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service or office setting preferred.
• Ability to enter data accurately into EHR and LIS systems.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible hours, weekend rotation, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; direct and schedule as needed.
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist with appointments.
• Enter demographics and insurance information into automated systems.
• Refer patients to Credit or Business Office for insurance questions.
• Support labs, imaging, and other clinic services as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in data handling.
