Salem Clinic is seeking a Patient Service Ancillary Services Admitting representative in Salem, OR. You will greet patients, manage appointments, and coordinate data entry across EHR/LIS/CLSA systems to support primary, urgent care, and radiology services.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment. Weekend/holiday shifts are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience dealing with the public in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to perform data entry in Electronic Health Records and related systems.
• Clear, professional communication and accuracy in handling information.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Input demographics, insurance information, and appointment data into systems.
• Check in patients and verify/update information in the medical record.
• Assist with referrals and billing coordination as needed.
• Cover holidays when Urgent Care is open.
