MOHR Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established South Florida nonprofit in Miami for a Patient Access Scheduler. The role is hybrid, Monday-Friday, $18/hr, offering a contract-to-permanent opportunity.

You will handle intake, assess needs, connect to resources, and maintain records while supporting older adults and their families. A Bachelor's in social work or human services, 2+ years' experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong MS Word/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social work or human services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• 45+ WPM typing speed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, screening, and triage for callers seeking services
• Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate programs and resources
• Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals
• Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for older adults and their families
