Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social work or human services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 45+ WPM typing speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, screening, and triage for individuals calling in to access services and support.

• Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources.
