Qualifikationen

• Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Two years of Admissions, Billing, Collections, Insurance and/or Customer Service experience.

• Interviews patients to collect demographic and financial data and documents on the system.
• Verifies insurance coverage and initiates pre-authorization when required.
• Collects payments and issues receipts, maintaining logs and deposits.
• Prepares reports and enforces departmental processes and privacy guidelines.
• Communicates estimated financial responsibility and assists with payment plans.
