• Two years of Admissions, Billing, Collections, Insurance and/or Customer Service experience.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance and initiate pre-certification when required.
• Collect payments and issue receipts; manage deposits.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient documents.
• Communicate estimated financial responsibility to patients.
