Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance and initiate pre-authorization when required.
• Collect payments and arrange financial plans; issue receipts.
• Enter information accurately and maintain accessibility of records.
• Prepare and distribute reports and patient documents as needed.
• Communicate estimated financial responsibility to patients and arrange extended terms if needed.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
