Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with switchboards and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to obtain a Type 1 fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, cheerful and professional manner.
• Maintain all required daily reports and log all incidents and activities.
• Monitor and respond to emergency security systems and prepare reports.
• Schedule transportation for residents and coordinate with Transportation.
• Dispatch messages via radio to various departments as requested.
• Operate front desk: multi-line telephone, packages, records, etc.
• Record irregularities or needed repairs and submit Work Orders.
• Assist other departments with typing, copying, sorting as time allows.
• Adhere to attendance policy and maintain dependable schedule.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ownership attitude toward the facility.
• Be friendly and helpful with residents and keep a professional appearance.
