Qualifications

• Experience with switchboards and telephone answering etiquette.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain a Type 1 fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain daily reports and log incidents during shifts.
• Monitor emergency security systems and prepare Occurrence Reports.
• Schedule transportation for residents and coordinate with Transportation.
• Operate multi-line phone system and handle package deliveries.
