Flagship Therapy in Mesa, AZ seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist for Montecito Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation. This in-house rehab team offers a stable environment and a dedicated geriatric patient base. Pay ranges from $44 to $55 per hour based on experience and schedule flexibility is available.

The OT will screen and treat cognitive and ADL disorders, develop care plans, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate discharge summaries with the health team.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT credential required.
• Candidates open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL disorders and develop plans of care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per regulatory standards.
• Conduct ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments in the medical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families.
