Estrella Healthcare in Avondale, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The role offers consistent hours with a work-life balance and pay ranging from $40–$50 per hour based on experience.

Competenze

• Licensed Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to practice.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.
• Ability to screen/evaluate patients and develop plans of care.

Mansioni

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in clinical records.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as needed based on results.
• Provide counseling to patients and families.
• Communicate progress, barriers, and plans with the health team.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries.
