Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervisory, office management, logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and respectful demeanor.
• Able to lift 60–80 pounds and occasionally drive company vehicles.
• Comfortable around deceased pets and crematory operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day front-desk operations and office staff.
• Monitor scheduling, workflow, and overall office efficiency.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and client information.
• Process invoices, payments, and administrative reports.
• Coordinate communication between veterinary hospitals, spoke locations, drivers, and operations teams.
• Support operational workflow between central crematory and spoke locations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Make real-time decisions to maintain workflow and service quality.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and routing for pickups/deliveries.
• Back-up driver for local pickups/deliveries as needed.
• Lead, coach, and train team members.
• Foster a positive, respectful team environment.
• Assist with memorial service coordination and client communication.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
