Qualifications

• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in day-to-day tasks.
• Shows work commitment and quality focus.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
• HIPAA and confidentiality compliance must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors to the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Check in patients and inform clinical staff of patient arrival.
• Provide and explain paperwork for the patient to complete prior to examination; collect, proofs for completeness, and file patient forms; update demographics and insurance information; collect co-pays and balances; provide receipts.
• Answer, screen, and respond to routine questions; route to appropriate personnel or take messages; page clinic staff as appropriate; communicate messages accurately.
