Highlands Oncology Group in Rogers, AR is seeking an Imaging Scheduler to be the first point of contact for the Imaging Department. You will schedule diagnostic imaging studies, provide patient instructions, and coordinate with physicians, technologists and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate imaging appointments.

The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills in a fast-paced oncology environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical terminology and healthcare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Schedules and coordinates all diagnostic imaging studies (MRI, PET/CT, CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound).
• Provides support to ensure imaging exams are organized and scheduled correctly per modality.
• Promotes teamwork within Imaging department and other Highlands departments.
• Manages and updates the scheduler to promote optimal time management for patients and technologists.
• Obtains consents, prior authorizations, and additional reports before scheduling.
