Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients to see physician and extenders.
• Confirm patient appointments and maintain office schedules.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to staff; route messages and documents as needed.
• Greet patients and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Operate office equipment and use word processing, spreadsheet, and other software as needed.
• Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
• Transmit information or documents as needed via computer, mail, or fax.
