Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving multiple states and is growing its Rosebud team. We are seeking an Office Coordinator to be the welcoming first contact for employees and clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support both administrative and clinical staff.

The role involves data entry into our EMR and other software, coordinating with referral sources, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a compassionate home-care environment in Rosebud, SD.

Qualifications

• Comfortable training small groups and engaging participants.
• Able to think quickly, problem solve, and make calls to agencies/referral sources/clinics.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees, patients, and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls to the office, greet visitors, and answer general questions.
• Schedule patients for appointments and perform appointment reminder calls.
• Insurance verification.
• Provide support to administrative and clinical staff.
• Data entry into EMR and other software applications.
