This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative functions, efficient coordination of patient services, and seamless communication among staff, patients, and caregivers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, handling correspondence, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Scheduling & Coordination:Assist with scheduling home health visits, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with clinical teams to optimize patient care services
  • Communication Hub:Serve as the first point of contact for staff, patients, and families, providing professional and compassionate communication
  • Compliance & Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, process paperwork for new admissions, and ensure all documentation meets state and federal healthcare requirements
  • Operational Support:Work closely with clinical staff, field nurses, and leadership to support office workflows and improve efficiency
  • Inventory & Supply Management:Monitor and order medical and office supplies to support home health and hospice operations
Qualifications:
