Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
2. Current Occupational Therapist ( OT ) certification in the state of DE
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
5. Creativity in problem‑solving and activity adaptation
