Qualifications

• Two years surgery scheduling experience preferred, OB/GYN a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and benefits verification.
• Able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for surgery and follow-up appointments.
• Checks in with patients following surgery.
• Verifies insurance benefits and coordinates referrals.
• Schedules Level 2 sonograms as needed.
• Represents clinic professionally and adheres to HIPAA rules.
