Job summary

Responsibilities include ADL support, medication assistance, and monitoring Resident status while maintaining infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles in providing services.
• Ability to work with Residents, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift; reviews assignments with supervisor.
• Assists with ADLs, meal service, housekeeping, laundry, and mobility support.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a safe environment for Residents.
• Notifies nurse or agent of Resident status or changes as appropriate.
