Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.

• Valid driver's license if transporting residents.
• Ability to pass background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Monitor safety, report changes, and document care.
• Take vitals and assist with basic treatments.
• Follow care plans and use lifts safely.
• Maintain a clean environment and support activities.
• Uphold residents' rights and confidentiality.
