Responsibilities

• Performs total cares and assists or supervises resident activities in daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene).
• Assists residents at meal times according to therapeutic dietary programs; serves and removes meal trays; records intake.
• Records observations of residents' physical and emotional condition per guidelines; reports changes and equipment faults.
• Responds to resident call lights and alarms; follows universal precautions.
