Job summary

You will perform basic nursing assistant tasks, maintain a safe environment, document observations in the EHR, and participate in code and emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to care for patients across life span.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Under supervision of RN, performs Personal Care Skills.
• Rehabilitation: assist daily activities and ambulate patients as appropriate.
• Maintain safe environment and report hazards or equipment issues.
• Document observations and patient data in the EHR; participate in emergency responses.
