Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans and assess residents.
• Identify residents before treatments and assist with daily activities.
• Record entries accurately and maintain charts and logs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with policies.
