Job summary

Linden in is seeking a certified nursing assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans. You will greet residents, assist with daily tasks, and ensure a warm, safe environment on the unit. You will document care, monitor changes, and support nursing staff during shifts.

The role requires a valid CNA license in the state and may require CPR. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Licensed CNA in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries clearly and maintain flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily nursing care and resident comfort per care plans and policies.
• Protect resident privacy and report any unauthorized access to information.
