Cyti Corp is seeking an Agent to support mental health services for children, adults and families. You will handle referrals, verify insurance, schedule sessions, and maintain client information with professionalism and care.

Qualificações

• Experience in a medical office environment with multitasking capabilities.
• Compassionate and patient-focused service delivery.
• Excellent telephone, texting, and email etiquette with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process referrals from clients' insurance using established protocols.
• Review and update client information for accuracy.
• Update insurance information for existing patients.
• Schedule sessions based on insurance authorization.
• Answer calls professionally and respond to inquiries.
• Identify patient needs and resolve issues.
• Handle and resolve service-related complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to senior management.
• Fill out call notes, update reports, and maintain records.
• Obtain and evaluate data to address complaints and queries.
• Engage in ongoing training and research on therapist specializations.
• Keep service information updated.
• Ensure internal billing documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Multitask across multiple programs in the database.
• Communicate with therapists to ensure excellent customer service.
