Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Agent at Cyti Corp, you will play a crucial role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing Referrals: Receive and process referrals directly from clients' insurance using established protocols.
• Client Information Management: Review and ensure all client information is complete and up-to-date.
• Insurance Verification: Update insurance information for existing patients.
• Appointment Scheduling: Call patients with insurance authorization to schedule sessions.
• Client Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Needs Assessment: Identify patient needs, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve service‑related complaints.
• Escalation Management: Identify and elevate priority issues to senior management.
• Documentation: Fill out call notes, update reports, and maintain the team's database.
• Data Evaluation: Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and queries.
• Training and Research: Engage in ongoing training and research on our therapists' specializations and availability.
• Service Updates: Keep all relevant information about our services updated.
• Billing Documentation: Ensure internal billing documents (charge slips, progress notes) are up-to-date.
• Multitasking: Efficiently switch between multiple programs within our database.
• Therapist Communication: Communicate assertively and respectfully with therapists to ensure excellent customer service.

• Medical Office Experience: Proficient in multitasking within a medical office environment.
